1. Min-Max Philosophy
The city bus comes with a compact structure while providing large carrying capacity. It is designed for the minimized space occupation but the maximized per capita interior space, thus relieving urban traffic pressure and reducing per capita energy consumption.
2. Intelligent HCI
The 6m rear engine transit bus boasts a state of the art intelligent human computer interaction (HCI) system. Using CAN bus technology, it enables a centralized display of motor, gearbox, electric components, rear view and other information on the CAN instrument. Touch screen for information search and fault detection is available. In addition, we offer a user-defined information module port.
3. Extensive Applicability
This public transport vehicle can be used in the urban place with intensive people and narrow streets. It can also stop at the subway stations to transship passengers and shuttle from on scenic spot to another. Moreover, the limo bus is also excellent for urban to rural transport lines.
4. Roomy Interior Space
The transit bus comes with short front and rear suspension design, rear and transverse engine, and 4800mm/5300mm super long wheel base. Seats in the front of the bus feature lateral arrangement and can be folded during rush hours, allowing accommodation of more passengers. For instance, 7.6m and 8.3m buses can carry 60-75 passengers.
5. Sliding Plug Door
The passenger bus is designed with a sliding plug door which can effectively enlarge interior space. It also has anti-pinch function.
6. High Safety and Low Energy Consumption
Ultra strong skeleton construction of the transit bus ensures over 25% reduction of per capital material consumption. It creates an extremely safe riding space which reducing dead weight.
7. Power Assembly Modular Design

The 11m double-decker rear engine transit bus employs the covering parts made by using the fiberglass reinforce plastics (FRP) for the top part of the front end. The right and left lamp boards as well as the middle and lower parts of the front end are fabricated from FRP compression molded SMC material to get good surface finish and ensure light weight.
The surrounding door asembly of the 11m double-decker rear engine transit bus is formed by welding the steel plate and square tube with small section. Being sprayed with the shockproof adhesive inside, it has high rigidity, light weight and strong anticorrosion property.

We introduce the full set of BRT bus rapid transit technical documents and process to manufacture the 12m rear engine transit bus. The vehicle has square shape, small round corner and panoramic front windshield. The bottom part of the front end adopts the lightweight flame retardant SMC material. It is composed of four kinds of detachable and reversible parts forming the splayed shape. Then, the assembly system involving lamp, rain wiper and other devices can be maintained easily.
The 12m rear engine transit bus avails itself of the composite monocoque structure body. The vehicle body skeleton system and frame structure are analyzed and designed in detail via the finite element analysis. By using the rectangular tube welding structure as well as 16Mn and 20# steel, the body of the vehicle comes out with high overall strength and light weight.

The 12m rear engine transit bus is innovatively designed with new-generation luxury body, fashion-forward modeling, and low height floor. It utilizes the integrated roof panel housing the overhead part of the air conditioner, natural gas cylinder and escape hatch.
By integrating the design concept with the modern urban element, the 12m rear engine transit bus avails itself of the wild appearance modeling to fully demonstrate the combination of high speed, convenience, large capacity, large door, low height floor, environment protection and information. The German MAN technology is also introduced to promote the grade of the vehicle and embody our design concept.
Interior Design
We take usage of the German MAN design concept for the interior of the 12m rear engine transit bus. By adopting the style of the latest Benz public vehicle, the interior of the vehicle is full of the sense of the times, and looks fancy, elegant, concise and bright.
1. By utilizing the linen material via the compression molding, the front and rear parts of the inner roof have light weight, stable physical property, flat surface, good environmental performance, etc.
2. The decorative part for the air ducts at the two sides is fabricated from the aluminum material with large section. Its surface is sprayed with the aircraft coating. The decorative part has flat surface and can keep clean easily.

The wild appearance modeling integrates the design concept with the modern urban elements incorporating high speed, convenience, large capacity, large door, low height floor, environmental protection and information together. Meanwhile, the German MAN technology is introduced to better explain our modern urbanization idea of our public transport vehicle.
The design for the interior of the 18m rear engine transit bus employs the German MAN design concept to adopt the style of the latest Benz public vehicle by fully displaying the sense of the times with high-end, concise, bright and lively integral modeling. The front and rear inner roofs are formed by using plastic suction shaping for each part and then combination installation technology. The middle roof plate of the vehicle is fabricated from linen material via compression molding. Then, we can get the perfect roof featuring light weight, stable physical property, flat surface and good environmental performance.
The 18m rear engine transit bus employs the large section aluminum material for fabricating the decorative part of the air ducts at the two sides. The surface of the decorative part is also sprayed with aircraft coating to ensure flat surface and keep clean easily. The decorative panels of the air duct can be opened to provide convenience for maintaining the pipeline, wire harness, etc. The user-friendly design concept can also be embodied in the interior structure. The semi-closed driving area offers the driver with independent and comfortable space.
